  • Notes: This unique tartan design was created by the Scottish Tartans Authority and presented as a gift from Scotland to the Festival Interc?ltico de Avil?s y Comarca for its long-standing commitment to promoting Celtic culture in Spain. The yellow cross on light blue represents the flag of the Principality of Asturias, the Festival's annual venue and the red, green and black are from the Principality's Coat of Arms. Finally, the white line on blue is for Scotland's flag - the Saltire. Combined they celebrate the vibrancy of the Celtic spirit throughout Europe.
